“The only good thing about this hotel is its location which is like 100 meter from the gate 310(new), Nearby you have houses of 3 Caliphate. That's it. No service no cleaning at all. Poor management, lifts are crowded and hotel is over crowded, phone doesn't work, no nearby restaurants.”

“This hotel is very near to haram, its worth for bachelors, otherwise for family only 1-2 night stay is fine because rooms are small and you will find absolutely no service. We stayed 2 nights and even after complaining at reception nobody came for cleaning. There is no breakfast included, at 1st floor there is a small kind of pantry area where there is a small kind of restaurant they called it. At Reception area there is only 1 person, frequently its empty and you no to need find the receptionist and few of them don't speak english (as shift changes 24hr). Overall its just worth because of cheaper price and near to haram.”

“Nowadays, this hotel has seen a lot of changes. With new thinking, modern changes have been made inside the hotel in the private structure, all wifi routers have been changed and the speed has also been changed from earlier, they have changed the room service.”

“The best thing about the hotel is its locating. Very convenient walk to masjid e nabwi. Otherwise the rooms and the washrooms are apparently small with pretty tight decor settings. Wifi in the rooms are weak & the air conditioner also doesn't function up to the mark.”

“First of all there no hotel this name thay have changed the or this business is closed and one is there with the name warda alsa'adat. And there is only wonderful and excellent thing location because this hotel is a minute away from masjid e nabvi gate entrance. I enjoyed a lot because I was so close to enter any time to the masjid and pray perform my "hazri " There. Staff was little cooperative. Other wise no room service no toiletries. No cleaning. Tv cable not working. No telephone or intercom to get in touch with reception. WiFi was working Electric cattle was available Towel available Air conditioning was good.”
